The Eau Claire Garden Club strives to educate members in all phases and levels of gardeningand to promote the enjoyment of gardening among its members and the community.
Please come join our in-person March meeting. Social time begins at 6:00 PM. The business meeting starts at 6:30 PM. The guest speaker starts afterward. After the presentation, we will announce the winners of our 2022 Photo Contest with a slideshow of all the submissions.
Guest speaker Susan Girnau will teach us about planting in the style of Kokedama. Kokedama (Japanese for moss ball) is a style of planting where roots are encased in a ball of soil and then covered with a layer of moss, forming a sphere. They are then displayed in a dish or suspended in the air. Learn how you can plant in the Kokedama style with common houseplants.
We look forward to seeing you! Non-members are welcome to attend one meeting prior to joining.
