ECGC Monthly Meeting + Speaker

Monday, November 16th is our annual business meeting. Social time begins at 6:00 PM. The business meeting starts at 6:30 PM.

There will be a short presentation afterward on "It's Alive!" by Kristen Brown. Learn how to make small-batch sauerkraut in a one-quart jar. Kristen's demonstration includes history, fun-facts, and sampling.

We look forward to seeing you! Non-members are welcome to attend a meeting prior to joining.
