Dr. Nadine Nixon went to medical school at UW-Madison and has been a family physician since 2010 and a Master Gardener since 2013. She has long been interested in understanding maintaining health and was recently board certified in lifestyle medicine.

You are what you eat. Learn how different food choices can increase or decrease your health span.
