Fall/Winter Bus Trip: The Holiday Ideas House at Bachman's Garden Center, Minneapolis

  • A beautiful holiday trip has been planned for our members, family, other clubs and friends to The Holiday Ideas House at Bachman's Garden Center, Minneapolis. The Holiday House is the original Bachman family home and is all decorated for the holidays. We will tour the home in groups of 25, and then have time to shop and look at all the holiday decor at the huge Bachman's Garden Center. Lunch will be in the greenhouse through Patrick's Cafe, then we will be off to the Como Park Conservatory and Zoo. First, we will visit the awesome Polar Bears at the zoo, then you can stroll thru the Conservatory and then walk through their new Winter Blooming Wonderland Exhibit. (Note: This is an easy walking trip with time to rest.)



    WHEN: Thursday, November 19th, 2026

    TIME: The bus leaves at 8:00 a.m. sharp for Minneapolis. We plan to be back in Eau Claire on or before 6:00 p.m.

    COST: $25 for Eau Claire Garden Club members

    $30 for non-members

    Lunch is on your own expense at the cafe.
